- Returns must be authorized by JEC Products and have a return authorization number.
- All Items must be returned within 30 days of their original delivery date.
- All items must be in complete and saleable condition. No returns of damaged or incomplete products will be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging (plastic container, plastic bags, boxes and/or equivalent packaging).
- Customer pays for shipping charges to JEC Products, Inc. facility. Pack your returns securely to prevent damage in transit. We have no way of knowing when or how the damage occurred and will not be able to accept the damaged products for credit.
- Certain conditions and exceptions can be applied to our return policy. If you're unsure if your return qualifies, give us a call.
- Use your own carrier that incorporates tracking and/or insurance
